Talking It Through

Once the design report is ready, we bring it back to you in a follow-up meeting to walk through it together. This is your chance to see the ideas properly laid out and to ask the questions that naturally come up once a concept starts taking shape.

We use this meeting to talk openly about the pros and cons of the design, not just the parts that work well. Every project has trade-offs, and part of our job is to flag the challenges early: what might affect cost, what could raise questions at planning, what trade-offs come with a particular layout. It's a conversation, not a presentation, so if something doesn't feel right or you want to explore an alternative, that's exactly what this meeting is for.

From here, further tweaks can be requested and the design refined until it feels right. Some clients are ready to move forward after one follow-up meeting; others prefer a second round to test another idea or settle a detail. Either way, you leave with a clear sense of where the design stands and what the next steps look like on the road to a planning application.
