Every project starts with a conversation, not a blank page. In our first meeting, we work directly from your estate agent's plans, sketching ideas live as we talk through what you want from the space. It's a fast, hands-on way to explore possibilities together and get a genuine feel for the direction your project could take.

Estate agent plans are a useful starting point, but they're rarely accurate enough to build on. So the next step is a measured survey of your home.

These drawings will form the basis of future stages. We can dive deeper into the sketches generated in our first meeting as well as the future structural engineer can use these to produce the structural design.

We will provide you with a series of contacts and template email to get a quote in order to confidently instruct the surveyor.

Fees for this survey are to be settled directly with the surveyor.
