Once we have a measured survey in place, we go back to the ideas from our first meeting and test them properly to scale. Sometimes they work exactly as sketched; often, having accurate dimensions opens up refinements we couldn't have spotted on a rough drawing.

The result of this process is a mini-design report: scaled plans, sections, elevations where relevant, and precedent images that help bring the proposal to life. It's not a finished design, but it's enough to show how your ideas could genuinely work in your home. For most of our clients, this is the point where things start to feel real, and where they feel ready to commit to the next stage: a planning application.

We charge by the hour for this type of work @£165/h and we are willing to work with your design budget. It can be as little as two hours of our time or five times that if you would like us to dive deeper.
