Our process is based around online, one-to-one meetings with one of the Two Architects.

You can choose to have an experienced, award-winning architect by your side for as much or as little of your project as you need.

You will save money on design fees as the process is all online, making the most of our time and saving on travel fees.

We help you optimise the layout of your extension or renovation, to get the most out of your home in a matter of hours.

In between meetings we provide you with tasks to complete.

To assist you with these tasks, we share with you tools and processes that we have been using for over 10 years in our studio.

We will link you with consultants to produce all the documents and drawings required to submit a planning application, based on the design we produce with you and for wherever you are in the UK.

Our step by step process and our advice during meetings will help you hire the right consultants at the right time, and brief them to produce exactly what you need for your project.

You will learn how to find the right builder for your project, what information to provide them with to price the job, benefit from support to analyse their cost estimate and get assistance setting up a contract with them.
